I'm calling this outfit the 1860's Civil War Hippie.
A Victorian 2 Piece Dress.  A sturdy outfit constructed of Judie Rothermel For Marcus Brothers Textiles, Inc. Civil War Legacy fabric.
Bodice Details:
A pagoda bodice made from a heavy cotton like material.  Trim: satin burgundy collar.  Green with blue hand sewn edging.  Neckline: round.  Sleeves: Satin ribbon trimmed pointed bell sleeves with dark green cotton lining.  Stitching: both machine and hand.  Closure: hook & eye.  Metal buttons for decorative purposes only.  Fully lined.
Bodice Measurements:
Shoulders: seam to seam laying flat 17".  Sleeves: shoulder seam to cuff 21". Front bodice length: front opening along button line to hem 16".  Back bodice length: from top of fabric to bottom of hem 18".
Skirt Details:
Material: heavy cotton like fabric.  Trim: 8 maroon/burgundy satin ribbons running lengthwise.  White gosgrain ribbon around waist.  Stitching: hand sewn.  Closure type: hook & eye.  Lined or folded over with the exact same fabric.  With the fabric being doubled over the skirt weight is very heavy.
Skirt Measurements:
Waist: side to side laying flat 15 1/2".  Front length: top of waist to bottom of hem 40".  Back length: top of waist to bottom of hem 42 1/4"
