    Stampin' Up! Stamp Pad Pads ~ Assorted BRIGHTS REGAL SUBTLES Collection
    Stamp Pads - Water based dye ink.  All stamp pads are brand new.  Some are marked "open" as I removed the wrapper and cleaned off excess ink that had leaked.  All ink pads, whether listed as "open" or "sealed" are juicy and ready to stamp.
    If you're a long time stamper, you may recall when SU switched over to a different style ink pad in 2013/14.  The pads were more juicy than what stampers were used to.  These stamp pads were stored on their side and some leaked into the plastic wrap.  I reduced the price for those that are listed as "open".
